Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and refunds.

At this time, Someday Sunday ships within the United States only.

Processing time typically takes 1-3 business days, and we usually do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Once your order is received by our mail carrier, you can track it using the tracking number provided via email. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@somedaysunday.co and we will do our best to assist you.

Note that processing times may vary during launches, promotions, preorders, or busy seasons. For the most current timing, please review the details shared at checkout or in your confirmation email.

You can change your shipping address as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible with the correct address, and we'll be happy to update it for you. However, once your order has been shipped, we're unable to make any changes to the shipping address.

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.

For US customers, we ship orders via USPS and UPS Ground, depending on the item category.

At checkout, shipping is calculated based on your shipping address and cart contents. Orders over $75 ship free.

Because of the nature of body care products, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges after an order has shipped.

If the package has not been shipped, please email support@somedaysunday.co and we will cancel the order and issue a refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process your refund.

If the item is damaged during shipping, refunds and/or replacements are accepted. Please email support@somedaysunday.co and include your order number, a photo, and a description of the issue.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will do our best to resolve this mishap.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will review the issue and work with you on the next steps.
