Below are some common questions about our products.

We have a commitment to non-toxic fragrance. Prop 65 compliant.

All of our fragrances are toxin-free and carefully selected for their safety and quality. We use a blend of essential oils and plant-based fragrances in most of our products. However, our Cedar Sanctuary Tone & Tighten Body Cream contains a clean, non-toxic synthetic fragrance to achieve its signature scent.

Transparency is important to us, and we always prioritize high-quality, skin-safe ingredients. If you prefer fragrance-free solutions, our Clean Slate line is a perfect choice. We are committed to non-toxic fragrance and ensure all our products are Prop 65 compliant.

Our jars are made of glass because it’s both reusable and highly recyclable. We want to offer packaging that not only looks beautiful but also aligns with our commitment to a more sustainable lifestyle. Glass can be repurposed in countless ways or recycled without losing its integrity, reducing waste and minimizing environmental impact. By choosing glass, we provide you with a durable, eco-conscious option that can be used long after the product inside is finished

Orders

Below are some of our most commonly asked questions about orders.

We do not accept payments by check. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Paypal.

Processing time typically takes 1-3 business days, and we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Once your order is received by our mail carrier, you can track it using the tracking number provided via email. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

All customers receive a shipping confirmation email when their order ships, which includes the tracking number.

Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping and returns.

All sales are final after the package ships due to the nature of our products. If the package has not been shipped please email support@somedaysunday.co and we will cancel the order and issue a refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process your refund.

If the item is damaged during shipping, refunds and exchanges are accepted.

Please email support@somedaysunday.co and include your order number, a photo, and a description of the issue.

For US customers, we ship orders via USPS and UPS Ground, depending on the item category.

At checkout, shipping is calculated based on your shipping address and cart content.

We currently only ship in the United States.

You can change your shipping address as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible with the correct address, and we’ll be happy to update it for you. However, once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to make any changes to the shipping address.
